Anderon Meter for miniature-small size ball bearing
High-precision measurements of ball bearing vibrations
The Anderon Meter rotates the bearing inner ring at a speed of 1,800 r/min and incorporates a speed sensor to detect radial vibrations of the outer ring, displaying them as Anderon values.
Features
- Capable of measuring small diameter high-performance bearings
- Uses a Sugawara compact speed sensor with flat frequency profile for vibration detection
- Can be used to measure bearings of different sizes simply by changing the arbor
- Can be combined with an automated unit to configure an automated system
- Compact, space-saving design

Anderon Meter for medium-large size ball bearings ADM-512, ADM-705
The ADM-512 Anderon meter drive unit is used for mediumdiameter ball bearings (bore diameter of 3 mm to external diameter of 100 mm), while the ADM-705 is used for largediameter ball bearings (external diameters ranging from 20 mm to 190 mm). The ADM-512 applies axial loads of up to 100 N,while the ADM-705 applies axial loads of up to 2,000N.

Anderon Meter Automation Unit Single-Spindle Type
The ADF-001 Parts Feeder can be combined with the Anderon meter drive unit to configure an automated system capable of high-precision measurements.
Features
- Performs measurements with the same high precision as manual systems.
- The product can be mounted on the existing ADM-101 standard manual system to configure a low-cost automated system.
- Measures the front and rear of bearings automatically at a cycle time of approximately 6 seconds, enabling approximately 15,000 units to be processed per day.
- Compact, space-saving design
-
Anderon Meter Automation Unit Twin-Spindle Type
The Sugawara Automatic Anderon Meter (andero meter) is a high-speed automatic measuring machine that offers the same performance and precision as our acclaimed high-performance manual Anderon meter. By measuring the front and back sides of a bearing, this device ensures reliable quality inspection and also allows for a short tact time - just 1.5 seconds from intake to discharge of a workpiece.
Main Features
- Uses a high-precision measuring system equivalent to the one used in our acclaimed manual Anderon meter to enable highly reliable quality checking (measurement resolution of 0.1 Anderon or lower).
- Incorporates a compact high-speed sensor with flat characteristics originally developed and manufactured by Sugawara for use in automatic equipment (10 times greater sensitivity than laser Doppler vibrometer).
- Measures the front and back sides of a bearing concurrently to ensure reliable quality inspection.
- Extremely short tact time of 1.5 seconds enables quality inspection of more than 60,000 bearings per day.
- Compact desktop unit for space-saving installation.
- Replaceable Arbor enables measurement of ball bearings of different sizes (compatible bearing outside diameter: 4 mm to 16 mm).
- Independent transport unit for easy maintenance.
