Leaf Type Air Shaft

• Recommend for rewinding work of narrow roll width, multiple cores or thin-wall cores.

• Continuous leaf surface and 360-degree radial contact can provide excellent support  and gripping force to thin wall core, and minimize the core deformation and slip.

• According to customer’s demand, the leaf can be aluminum or steel with surface hardening treatment.

• Cantilever shaft with flange or journal mounting is available for custom order.

• Diameter:  2″ ~ 12″(25mm ~ 300 mm)

• Shaft material: Aluminum alloy or seamless steel tube with hard Chrome-plated surface.
